Refund Policy

At GoDubai, we strive to offer excellent service and fair policies to all our clients. Please review the following refund guidelines applicable to yacht rental bookings:

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made **72 hours or more** prior to the cruise will receive a **100% refund**.
• Cancellations made **48–72 hours** prior to the cruise are eligible for a **50% refund**.
• Cancellations made **less than 48 hours** before the cruise will **not be refunded**.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the scheduled cruise time without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and **no refund will be issued**.

3. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 48 hours in advance, subject to yacht availability. Only one rescheduling is allowed per booking.

4. Cancellation by GoDubai

In rare cases of **bad weather**, **mechanical failure**, or **government restrictions**, GoDubai reserves the right to cancel a trip. In such events, you may choose to reschedule or receive a **full refund**.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **7 to 10 business days**. Please contact us with your booking reference if you have not received your refund within this period.
