Welcome to GoDubai. By booking a yacht rental service with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

3. Safety & Conduct

All guests must comply with safety regulations and instructions from the yacht crew. Reckless behavior, unauthorized swimming, or bringing prohibited items onboard is strictly not allowed.

4. Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are allowed based on the chosen package. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only if specified and in accordance with UAE laws.

5. Liability

GoDubai is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property during the cruise. Guests are responsible for their belongings and behavior at all times.

6. Weather Conditions

In the event of bad weather or government-imposed restrictions, GoDubai reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips with full or partial refunds.
